Jerzy Pruski, President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund, took part in a seminar on selected legal issues of the planned resolution framework in Poland, organised by the Ministry of Finance, in conjunction with the Government Legislation Centre and the World Bank.
Mr Pruski moderated a debate on the experiences of selected EU states in applying resolution instruments, with the participation of John Pollner, Lead Financial Officer, World Bank, Kári Davidsen, Head of Department, Internal Law Office, Danish Financial Supervisory/Stability Authority, and Peter Brierley, Head of Policy, Special Resolution Unit, Bank of England.
