On 11-12 April 2013 Jerzy Pruski, President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund participated in the Eurofi High Level Seminar 2013 in Dublin. He was a panelist in the Plenary Session “EU crisis management in the context of the Banking Union”. The session was chaired by Daniele Nouy, Member of the Audit Committee, European Investment Bank.
Among the participants of this Session were also: Ceyla Pazarbasioglu (Assistant Director in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department, International Monetary Fund), Sharon Bowles (Member of the European Parliament), Mario Nava (Director of Directorate H- Financial institution, European Commission), Isabelle Vaillant (Director of the Cluster Regulation, European Banking Authority), Per Callesen (Governor, Danish Central Bank). Eurofi is a European think tank dedicated to financial services, with the aim of helping to build a fluid, efficient and secure EU Single Capital Market. It is a major platform for exchanges between the financial services industry and the public authorities on regulatory and supervisory issues. It is chaired by Jacques de Larosière. Every year Eurofi organises a major public international Financial Forum (named Eurofi High Level Seminar) which attracts the key decision makers of the financial services sector and industry leaders.
